Welcome to Downtown Lunch Club. By joining or using the program, you agree to these terms.
Membership
Membership is free and open to individuals. You provide a valid mobile number and agree to receive texts as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your information accurate. We may suspend accounts that abuse the program.
The offers
- Offers (for example, "spend $15, get $15 back on your next visit") are provided by independent partner restaurants and are subject to each restaurant's terms.
- Offers are for members only, are not transferable, have no cash value, and may have expiration dates or minimums set by the restaurant.
- An offer is redeemed by showing your phone at the restaurant; the restaurant applies the credit at its own register.
- We may add, change, rotate, or end offers and partner restaurants at any time.
Text messages
The SMS program is described in the Privacy Policy. Consent to texts is not required to make any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The program is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any particular deal, availability, or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Downtown Lunch Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for members, is $0).
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are handled in San Diego County.
